I too was/am impressed with their patented Direct Flo system. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if money were not a factor I’d probably be in a Piper Glen right now.

We decided to buy a hot tub from Purewater Total Home Leisure based on a couple of things. First, the reviews on Google were the best I had seen when I compared all other hot tub sales places. And second, when we went to visit, we were treated like regular people. Not like some big item stores that treat you like just a number on their sales sheet and where sales rep just want to make a commission. There was something genuine about our meeting with the Purewater sales representative.

Once our purchase was done, there were some follow ups from Purewater about the delivery. They kept us in the loop and made sure we had everything ready for delivery, such as the proper outside electricity panel, the proper hot tub base, good access to the yard, etc. They cared!

Delivery was also painless. The whole delivery crew was polite, friendly, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for better. They installed everything, the spa, the cover, and they even waited for my electrician to finish hooking it up so that we could test it and start filling it up properly.
 
I am very satisfied customer with everything Purewater has done for us. From the purchase to the delivery, all went without a hitch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone serious about buying a hot tub.
