New Service Department Procedures

Effective June 14, 2021, the service department is available via telephone, email, or in person.

We continue to provide in-home service as long as we are allowed to do so, as safely and quickly as we can, so as to protect our customers and our staff. Note that with the warmer weather and slower procedures for safety reasons, there may be delays in responses from our service department of up to 2 business days. While you are welcome to come to the store, you may find yourself waiting to speak to a service advisor for quite a while. Pool openings and repairs, hot tub and gameroom product deliveries and services will be conducted a little slower than usual to accommodate safety requirements. We ask for your patience as it may take us a little longer to get through work, but we are here and happy to take your service request.

Service office hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM through 5PM. The best way to reach us is using the form below. You can email us at [email protected]. You can call us at 613-726-0099 EXT-1 as well, though at times getting through by phone can be slower than using email or our form. Rest assured if you have to leave a message, we return all calls and messages in the order received, but we cannot guarantee a same day response during peak times.
