Covid-19 has affected all of us, and we will continue to see changes in how business is conducted as we work our way through the pandemic. Purewater has separated our labour / service offerings into essential and non-essential categories. We can and will continue to provide essential services as long as we can, as safely and quickly as we can, so as to protect our customers and our staff.

Essential, permitted services include outdoor work such as pool or hot tub repairs. It will also include no-contact delivery of products to your front porch or garage. To place an order for merchandise delivery or no-contact curbside pickup please visit our online shopping portal:
Pool openings and repairs, hot tub deliveries and service continue, albeit the way we do the job will be a little different and a little slower. We ask for your patience as it may take us a little longer to get through work, but we are here and happy to take your service request.

Service office hours are Monday to Friday, 8AM through 4PM. The best way to reach us is using the form below. You can also email us at [email protected] You can call us at 613-726-0099 EXT-1 as well, but manpower shortages mean it will, at times, be difficult to get through or get an immediate answer. Rest assured we will return all calls and messages in the order received, but we cannot guarantee a same day response during peak times. The office is closed to all walk-in traffic, so please do not come to the premises as you will be denied entry to the building.
