Maintenance/Vacation Service
Tired of spending your already too short summer working on the pool rather than enjoying it? Sit back and relax and have Purewater send our professionally trained “pool butlers” to offer you a pleasant alternative. Maintenance visits can be booked for the entire summer, weekly, bi-weekly, on-demand or if you are away on a summer vacation!

Plumbing/Pressure Test/Leak detection
Is your pool losing water? Liners can leak but most pool water loss issues are the result of a leak in the plumbing lines. Purewater can perform a pressure test using specialized equipment to assess if the lines are leaking and where the leak is coming from. Purewater can show you where to dig, or we can dig up the existing lines and replace them with new ones. We can also upgrade old underground plumbing lines to wider, more efficient, and durable pipe.
Equipment installation

If the floor of your pool is uneven, it may need a little work after years of family fun and use. Purewater can touch up, repair or fully re-grout the base.

Pool Opening Packages
Basic opening for all pools
- Lubricate and reinstall the diving board and ladder (where applicable)
- Remove winter plugs
- Install return eyeballs, pressure gauges and site glass
Deluxe opening for all pools
- Lubricate and reinstall the diving board and ladder (where applicable)
- Remove winter plugs
- Install return eyeballs, pressure gauges and site glass
Ultimate Opening with Spring Cleaning
- Lubricate and reinstall the diving board and ladder (where applicable)
- Remove winter plugs
- Install return eyeballs, pressure gauges and site glass
- Set solar roller in position (if accessible) leaving cover off to allow chemicals to oxidize
The “No-Hassle” Pool Package
- Lubricate and reinstall the diving board and ladder (where applicable)
- Remove winter plugs
- Install return eyeballs, pressure gauges and site glass
- Set solar roller in position (if accessible) leaving cover off to allow chemicals to oxidize
- Treat and clean the water line
- Full mechanical start up and system test
Pool Closing Packages
Basic Pool Closing
- Winterization of all mechanical systems
- Blow out and plug lines
- Remove ladder and diving board (where applicable)
- Includes the addition of anti-freeze
- The water must be lowered by the customer to properly close the pool at this service level
Standard Pool Closing
- Winterization of all mechanical systems
- Blow out and plug lines
- Remove ladder and diving board (where applicable)
- Includes the addition of anti-freeze
- Purewater will pump down and discharge water using a de-chlorinator to ensure discharge water is safe and harmless
Deluxe Pool Closing
- Winterization of all mechanical systems
- Blow out and plug lines
- Remove ladder and diving board (where applicable)
- Includes the addition of anti-freeze
- Purewater will pump down and discharge water using a de-chlorinator to ensure discharge water is safe and harmless
- Installation of winter cover and waterbags
Filter Deep Cleaning
Regular deep cleaning of cartridge filters dramatically extends the filter life, improved filter efficiency means clear water with less chemicals.
- Service is done at Purewater (customer does not have to handle or dispose of nasty chemicals)
- 4 Step process using commercial grade chemicals restores filter to “close to new” performance
- Option to collect / return filters, or can be dropped off / picked up at our retail store.
